• "Floating Coyotes Photoshop Users Group"  
  Monday March 12  7 p.m. to 9 p.m. 
  
  The Floating Coyotes Photoshop Users Group consists of people who are using Adobe products:  Photoshop Elements, Photoshop CS and Lightroom.
  The group meets the second Monday of the month from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
  
  One of the great things about a users group is its a mixture of people with little to no experience with Photoshop and long-time users.  It's a great mix for everyone to teach and/or learn about Photoshop in a club like environment.  Plus, rather than having a ton of material to learn in a typical class, learn a handful of things that will get you through until the next month when you'll learn some more new things.
  
  The meetings will consist of three 20-30 minute tutorials on a Photoshop Elements, CS5 and Lightroom topic which you can suggest for upcoming months.  There will also be a 30-45 minute long Q&A portion where attendees can ask and answer questions from other group members on any topic in the Photoshop realm. We'll also have a networking portion where you can chat one on one with group members about Photoshop and Lightroom. 
  
  
   Members can request specific topics to be covered for upcoming meetings! Bring your laptop to follow along with monthly presentations or to get hands on help from fellow group members.
   There will also be discounted classes for Floating Coyote members attending Photoshop classes at WorkShoots.
  
  
   User group members will also be able to network with other members and create friendships and partnerships.
   Annual membership to participate in the Floating Coyotes is $99--no membership in WorkShoots is required!
  
  An annual membership gets you 30 hours of education a year for the price of a single 7 hour Photoshop Class!

• Boss Your Speedlight Around
  Monday March 26  6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  This class teaches you how to effectively use your speedlight/flash on and off your camera.  We'll show you how to use your speedlight on and off your camera.  Have multiple speedlights?  We'll teach you how to use multiple lights.  Bring your camera and speedlight and if you don't have a speedlight, we have several to show you and demonstrate on.  This class is taught by Lawrence Heibel, owner of WorkShoots and Mike Mitchell, corporate photographer at Meijer, Inc.  Cost is $55 for non-members and $45 for members of WorkShoots.  Class size is limited!

• "Digital Workflow--Getting Your Pictures from Your Camera to Computer, Printer and Web" 
  Tuesday March 20 7 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
  Learn the fundamentals of working with digital images.  We'll teach you how to download your images from your camera to your computer; how to organize your images on your computer; how to work and process RAW images; how to size images for printing and web use.  If you are struggling with what to do with the pictures on your memory card, this is the class for you! Cost is $45 for non-members and $35 for members of WorkShoots.   Class size is limited! Registration is required!

• "Boss Your Lights Around"  
  Thursday March 15  6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  This class teaches you how to effectively use studio lighting.  We'll cover hard and soft lighting, small and large light sources, light modifiers.  We'll teach you how to use studio lighting to create a variety of portrait styles such as Remembrandt lighting, loop lighting and beauty lighting.  We'll have a model for you to photograph too so that you will leave with lighting style examples.  If you don't know how to use lights or want a better understanding of using lights in portraiture, this is the class for you.  Cost is $55 for non-members and $45 for members of WorkShoots.
